The society is built on a plot admeasuring approximately 3986.06 sq. meters, as per the approved old building sanction plan, conveyance deed and society property card. Established and registered in 1972, Jai Taramani CHS Ltd. comprises four standalone buildings and currently accommodates 74 resident members. The property occupies a prime corner plot with three sides adjoining roads, and is just a 2-minute walk from the Bangur Nagar Metro Station on the Link Road.

The society is planning a redevelopment project and has ensured full compliance with the guidelines set forth under Section 79(A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (MCA Act). Over the past few years, the society has diligently followed all necessary procedures and invested considerable resources in meeting the regulatory requirements set by the relevant authorities.

For this redevelopment initiative, the society has appointed Mr. Pankaj Shah of M/s S. P. Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as the Project Management Consultant, while Adv. Ameet Mehta of M/s Solicis Lex has been engaged as the legal advisor.
